Pupils: Vision Therapy

Some visual conditions cannot be treated adequately with just glasses, contact lenses and/or patching, and are best resolved through a program of Vision Therapy.

Vision Therapy is an individualized, supervised, treatment program designed to correct visual-motor and/or perceptual-cognitive deficiencies.

Vision Rehabilitation

Approximately 60% of the brain is required for visual processing. When brain damage occurs from a laceration, concussion, neuro-degeneration, stroke or even surgery there is a likelihood that part of the visual process is affected.

The benefits of office-based therapy in your home at any address.

Vision Therapy can be provided via Skype or FaceTime for many cases. Following an in-office visual skills assessment with the doctor a vision therapy program is designed.

“When vision is working well, it guides and leads; when it does not it interferes.”

Dr. John Streff O.D.
